Description

	Variety The most characteristic variety of western Crete in a blanc de noir (white wine from red grapes) version. The 30-year-old vineyard “Agrielia” is located at an altitude of 540 meters above the village of Palaia Roumata, in the municipality of Platanias.
	Winemaking The grapes are pressed, and the juice is immediately extracted to prevent color extraction. Fermentation occurs spontaneously. After its completion, the wine is transferred to an inox tank until bottling.
	Tasting notes & Food pairing A rich aromatic profile of flowers and fruits, with pear being the dominant note. Crisp acidity and an elegant palate, featuring dominant citrus notes and a finish of ripe peach. It pairs well with seafood dishes, a wide variety of cheeses, and creamy dishes. Serving temperature: 10-11°C.
