AGRIA KRASSI

RED DRY ROMEIKO PGI CHANIA
Variety Variety
The most characteristic variety of western Crete in a red wine version. The “Kylistra” vineyard, 60 years old and ungrafted, is located at an altitude of 450 meters above the settlement of Tsourouniana, in Kissamos.
Winemaking Winemaking
The winemaking process takes place with spontaneous fermentation in small wooden containers (200 liters). Half of the grapes ferment as whole clusters, uncrushed, while the other half undergoes crushing before fermentation. After fermentation is complete, the wine is transferred to a tank until bottling.
Tasting notes Tasting notes & Food pairing
A rich aromatic profile of red fruits (unripe cherry, raspberry). On the palate, velvety tannins are complemented by herbal notes of wild lavender. Refreshing acidity and a finish of sweet grape and sweet spices.It pairs well with Mediterranean dishes, tomato-based pasta, braised or grilled white meats, pizza, and spicy cheeses.
Serving temperature: 15–16°C.

The 30-year-old vineyard “Agrielia” is located at an altitude of 540 meters above the village of Palaia Roumata, in the municipality of Platanias.
Winemaking Winemaking
The grapes are pressed, and the juice is immediately extracted to prevent color extraction. Fermentation occurs spontaneously. After its completion, the wine is transferred to an inox tank until bottling.
Tasting notes Tasting notes & Food pairing
A rich aromatic profile of flowers and fruits, with pear being the dominant note. Crisp acidity and an elegant palate, featuring dominant citrus notes and a finish of ripe peach.
It pairs well with seafood dishes, a wide variety of cheeses, and creamy dishes.
Serving temperature: 10-11°C.

The 30-year-old vineyard “Agrielia” is located at an altitude of 540 meters above the village of Palaia Roumata, in the municipality of Platanias.
Winemaking Winemaking

WHITE DRY MUSCAT OF SPINAS PGI CHANIA
Variety Variety
A clone of Muscat found in Crete. Specifically, the village of Spina in the prefecture of Chania is its place of origin. The vineyard ‘Plai’, 29 years old, is located at 540 m, above the village of Palaia Roumata in the municipality of Platanias.
Winemaking Winemaking
Destemming is carried out with a light crushing of the berries by hand. Fermentation starts spontaneously. During fermentation, the juice remains together with the skins (orange winemaking). After its completion, the wine is separated from the skins, with half stored in a tank, while the other half ages in used French oak barrels for two months.
Tasting notes Tasting notes & Food pairing
Aromatic profile intensely herbal with notes of beeswax. On the palate, floral with mild tannins reminiscent of chamomile tea. It can accompany a wide range of cheeses, pies with wild greens, and other aromatic dishes. Serving temperature: 11–12 °C.
